International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, courier handling fees or other local charges depending on the destination country or region.

Are Customs Duties and Taxes Included?

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees and local charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges required by the destination country or region.

United States

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to duties, tariffs, customs processing fees or other import-related charges.

These charges may be collected by the carrier, customs authority or local tax authority before or upon delivery.

Europe

Orders shipped to European countries may be subject to VAT, customs duties, import taxes, courier handling fees or other local charges depending on the destination country, order value and shipping method.

DDU / DAP Orders

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid / Delivered At Place basis.

This means the customer may be required to pay applicable import charges before receiving the package.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused because of unpaid customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees or local charges, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees or other costs incurred, where permitted by applicable law.

Customs Delays

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. novielle is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local regulations or import procedures.
